Guidance documents on the New CDM Regulations have now been published by CITB.
They were published on 9th Jan, and the New Regulations themselves come into force on 6th April this year.
The guidance is broken into 6 documents, one for each duty holder and one for the workers. The documents are available for free download from the CITB website.

The HSE Construction Industry Advisory Committee (CONIAC) has written the guides with small businesses in mind. The Regulations and supporting guidance remain in draft form and may be subject to minor changes before the new Regulations come into operation on 6th April 2015.
Higher Safety are offering explanatory presentations on the new Regulations, and what changes are involved for each level of duty holder. These can be arranged “in company” for a bespoke session within your business, or you can attend an “open” presentation explaining the changes and what they mean.
